CRAFTS is a family business founded in Guatemala on September 1989, with the purpose of commercially promote handicrafts manufactured mainly with natural guatemalan materials as flowers, leafs, fruits and locally grown spices.

Our company has been characterized by promoting scented products, being currently the scented candles line, the main product of promotion from CRAFTS.   [ español ]

Our Products
Our candles are easily identifyable because of the extensive and meticulous hand crafted workmanship involved on each piece,with unique designs and styles making them a true pieces of art.

Raw materials
The raw materials used to manufacture our candles are of the highest quality, like the Paraffin coming from Germany, the stearic acid coming from Malaysia and essential oils coming from United Kingdom and USA.We also choose by quality our local guatemalan vendors such as essential oils, like cardamom oil (sesame seed oil) and citronella oil.

Decoration Materials
The materials used to decorate the candles are also high quality and 100% natural, being selected, cleaned and dehydrated by hand.To keep the quality level at the highest point we import peach & apple fruits,we also select local vendors of flowers, leafs, wood sticks and skins, orange fruits, cardamom (sesame) and sunflower seeds, as well as several spices like cinnamon, clover and vanilla.

Design
Our design staff, who besides continuously creating new designs and blends, supervise each step of the candle manufacture process, from the selection of decoration materials, all the way to the mixing and blending of colors and fragrances

Manufacturing
Also, our production staff keeps a closed sight control over each manufacturing process, updating constantly our Computerized Information System, because we may be producing more than 50 different candle styles at once, without mentioning that we currently have some 500 different candle styles which combined with colors and various sizes, may reach 2200 different items which have to be controlled simultaneously, to keep the plant running without interruptions or pauses.

Our main Information System is constantly feeded by all the Administrative and Sales staff who have helped CRAFTS to reach it's highest level of business growth since their foundation, more than twenty years ago.
